WHO WE ARE

VITERGY is an engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) company specializing in photovoltaic power plants across Europe, with a strategic outlook toward international markets. Founded in 2022 with its first operational branch in Bulgaria, VITERGY has followed a disciplined growth strategy centered on technical excellence, operational reliability, and portfolio development. Today, VITERGY is supported by a team of 100+ qualified professionals, enabling scalable project execution and trusted long-term partnerships.

Stefan Shimbov

Stefan is an experienced renewable energy professional with a background in engineering and large-scale photovoltaic project delivery. He began his career in the renewable energy sector in 2016, gaining hands-on experience in PV construction on utility-scale projects in the Middle East. Following the completion of his engineering degree, he progressed into quality assurance and project management roles, where he led the successful delivery of multiple large-scale PV projects across Europe and the Middle East, totaling more than 500 MW of installed capacity. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from construction through commissioning, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Nikola Shimbov

Nikola is an experienced civil construction professional with over 10 years of industry experience in the delivery and management of complex construction projects. Following the completion of his Bachelor’s degree in Switzerland, he has applied his international education and practical expertise within the civil construction sector, contributing to the successful execution of large and technically demanding projects.
