Stefan Shimbov

CEO / Founder

Stefan is an experienced renewable energy professional with a background in engineering and large-scale photovoltaic project delivery. He began his career in the renewable energy sector in 2016, gaining hands-on experience in PV construction on utility-scale projects in the Middle East. Following the completion of his engineering degree, he progressed into quality assurance and project management roles, where he led the successful delivery of multiple large-scale PV projects across Europe and the Middle East, totaling more than 500 MW of installed capacity. His experience spans the full project lifecycle, from construction through commissioning, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and operational excellence.

Nikola Shimbov

CTO / Co-Founder

Nikola is an experienced civil construction professional with over 10 years of industry experience in the delivery and management of complex construction projects. Following the completion of his Bachelor’s degree in Switzerland, he has applied his international education and practical expertise within the civil construction sector, contributing to the successful execution of large and technically demanding projects.

Radostina Vasileva

Head of Administration

Radostina is our Head of Administration, overseeing the company’s administrative functions with professionalism and efficiency. She plays a vital role in ensuring smooth internal operations, supporting cross-departmental coordination, and maintaining structured organizational processes. With a proactive and solution-oriented approach, Radostina contributes to a productive and well-organized working environment, providing reliable support across the organization.

Kiril Kovachev

Site Manager

Kiril serves as Site Manager and Superintendent, overseeing on-site operations and ensuring the successful execution of our photovoltaic projects. He is responsible for coordinating field teams, managing subcontractors, and maintaining strict adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. With strong leadership and hands-on expertise in renewable energy construction, Kiril plays a key role in delivering projects efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards.

Ivaylo Lazarov

Procurement Officer

Ivaylo operates as a Procurement Officer, managing materials essential to the successful delivery of our photovoltaic projects. He is responsible for coordination and ensuring timely procurement in alignment with project schedules. With a strong focus on efficiency, quality, and strategic supplier relationships, Ivaylo plays a key role in supporting smooth project execution and maintaining operational reliability across the organization.

Kostadin Georgiev

Machine Operator

Kostadin is a key player with critical roles in the installation phase of our photovoltaic projects. With extensive hands-on experience and strong technical expertise, he operates and manages specialized machinery used in solar plant construction with precision and efficiency. His attention to detail, operational reliability, and commitment to safety standards ensure that installation activities are carried out smoothly and in accordance with project requirements.
